Emiratisation key for UAE aviation industry

Emiratis are key to the success of Dubai becoming the aviation capital of the world, but more has to be done to invest in local talent. This is the finding of City University London’s aviation program, where GCC and UAE nationals are in a minority. Local airlines and employers are being encouraged to invest in programs to help produce skilled professionals to build on the UAE’s success in the aviation industry.
