Countries across the Mena region must go beyond developing mobile apps and e-services to achieve a truly smart government. That's according to the latest report by Booz Allen Hamilton, which is being launched at the ongoing Gitex Technology Week in Dubai. The study says that while millions have been invested in innovating services, government entities have to communicate with each other to mature and progress. The co-author of the report, Fadi Kassatly, explains.
