His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, has approved the new planning model for developing citizens’ residential areas and the Digital Resilience Policy, which enhances Dubai’s digital leadership.
In a post on X, Sheikh Hamdan said they also approved The Executive Council’s Agenda for 2026, aligned with the Dubai Plan 2033, and its economic and social agendas.
"The directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum are clear: the welfare of citizens and their families is the foundation on which Dubai’s future plans are built. We want citizens’ residential areas to become vibrant neighbourhoods enriched with exceptional facilities and services.
"In Dubai, we aspire to offer all citizens a better life, greater opportunities for their families and a brighter future for generations to come."
