During a visit to the General Command of Dubai Civil Defence, Sheikh Hamdan emphasised that safeguarding lives, property and the community remains a top national priority.
He also tasked The Executive Council of Dubai with overseeing strategic efforts to achieve this goal.
Sheikh Hamdan reviewed the Civil Defence’s 2033 Strategic Framework, which includes smart sensors to study behaviour patterns, sustainable infrastructure upgrades and enhanced public awareness initiatives.
He also praised the team’s readiness and innovation, calling their work a model of excellence that helps make Dubai one of the safest cities in the world.
His Highness reaffirmed the government's commitment to continued investment in civil defence capabilities, with the goal of making it a global benchmark in safety, rapid response and community trust.
