Djokovic, Isner through to Miami Open 4th round

Top seed Novak Djokovic and defending champion John Isner are through to the fourth round of the Miami Open.

Djokovic beat Federico Delbonis 7-5, 4-6, 6-1, while Isner overcame Albert Ramos-Vinolas 7-5, 7-6.

On the women's side, defending champion Sloane Stephens lost to Tatjana Maria 6-3, 6-2, while second seed Simona Halep fought back from a set down to defeat Slovenia’s Polona Hercog 5-7, 7-6, 6-2

Halep will next face three-time champion Venus Williams, who registered a 6-3, 6-1 win over Daria Kasatkina.
