Pakistan go 1-0 up against Sri Lanka

Pakistan have taken a 1-0 lead in their One Day International (ODI) series against Sri Lanka.

Babar Azam smashed a century while Usman Shinwari took five wickets to help the hosts win the second match in Karachi on Monday night by 67 runs.

Batting first, Pakistan posted a 305 for 7 in their allotted 50 overs.

They then reduced the tourists to 28 for 5 at one stage before bowling them out for 238.

The third and final ODI will be played on Wednesday.
