Shane Watson set to play in Pakistan Super League

Australian all-rounder Shane Watson is the latest high-profile player to sign up for the Pakistan Super League, to be played in the UAE. The two-time World Cup winner will now be a part of the draft process, which takes place in December. The Twenty20 event’s inaugural edition has already attracted the likes of Chris Gayle, Kevin Pietersen and Lasith Malinga. The tournament, comprising five franchises, is scheduled to be played from February 4-24 next year, in Dubai and Sharjah.
