West Brom beat 10-man Manchester Utd 1-0

Salomon Rondon scores the winner against Manchester United

Manchester United’s hopes of finishing in the top four are fading after they were beaten 1-0 by West Bromich Albion last night. It was the baggies first home league win against United for 32 years thanks to Salomon Rondon’s goal in the 66th minute. United had to play the majority of the match with 10-men after Juan Mata was sent off for a second bookable offence. The defeat leaves Louis Van Gaal’s side in sixth place on 47 points.
